Workout of the Day
Thursday-60 minute race pace run
Friday-5 exercise circuit,1 minute each exercise x 4 no rests
-high knees
-spiderman plank
-kettlebell deep squat
-kettlebell swings
-kettlebell russian twist
Saturday-14km aerobic run in the morning
5 exercise circuit in afternoon (with Greg)1 minute each x 4 no rests
-weighted fast step ups
-spiderman plank
-rope skipping fast
-overhead medicine ball throws
-russian twist with medicine ball
