Tuesday 20th October
RUN-on treadmill
10 minute warm up @10kph including 3 x 30sec stride outs
5 mins 12.6kph/5 mins 10kph
4 mins 12.6kph/4 mins 10kph
3 mins 12.6kph/3 mins 10kph
2 mins 12.6kph/2 mins 10kph
1 mins 12.6kph/1 mins 10kph

All done on level 3 incline
Cooldown 5 mins jog/walk
